Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Deal Master Pro LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use www.dealmasterpro.com and the Deal Master Pro app (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored in protected form, never in plain text).
• Billing details: your plan, subscription status and payment history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Deals and property information: addresses you look up, numbers you enter, saved deals, lender profiles and reports.
• Photos: pictures you upload for an AI rehab estimate. They are used to produce your estimate.
• Usage: how many property pulls and AI estimates you use, so we can apply your plan limits and keep costs in check.
• Website visits: basic, anonymous page-view counts (pages viewed, country, device type) from our hosting provider's analytics. We do not use advertising trackers on the app.
• Free book sign-ups: the name and email you give us to receive our free book.
• Messages: anything you send to support@dealmasterpro.com.

2. How we use it

• To run the Service: sign you in, pull property data, make estimates and reports, and save your deals.
• To bill you and manage your subscription.
• To send account emails such as welcome and billing messages, and to send you the free book if you asked for it.
• To apply plan limits, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.
• To fix problems and improve the Service.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising. We share only what is needed with service providers who run parts of the Service for us:

• Payment processing (Stripe).
• Website hosting, database and secure data storage.
• Property-data providers, which receive the address you look up.
• Maps, Street View and address lookup (Google), which receive the address or location you look up.
• AI providers, which receive the photos and property details needed to make an AI estimate.
• Email delivery.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in (for example, "Remember me"), remember your settings and speed up the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and saved deals while your account is open. Some saved property data is kept up to about 30 days to avoid charging you twice. After you close your account we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), protected passwords and access controls. No online service can be 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can see and update your deals in the app, and manage or cancel billing under Manage billing.
• You can ask us to give you a copy of, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@dealmasterpro.com. Depending on where you live (for example, New Jersey, California or other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.

8. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and email you about important changes.
