Free trial: 7 days with 3 property pulls and 3 AI ARV estimates. AI rehab estimates and roof checks start when your paid plan begins (you can try AI rehab on the SAMPLE property). A card is required. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing: after the 7-day trial your card is charged the plan price, and then every month until you cancel. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Property pulls renew each billing month. Opening the same address again within 30 days does not use another pull.
AI limits renew on the 1st of each month. AI ARV and roof checks are limited to 10 a day. Opening a saved AI answer again is free.
Upgrade anytime: in the app, tap Manage billing, then the blue Update subscription button, and pick Pro. You pay only the difference for the rest of the month.
Unused pulls and AI estimates do not carry over to the next month.
